The site of Rietavas Manor House is marked by a white colonnade. The colonnade resembles the location of the palace portal - the central entrance. The colonnade was restored in 1992 as part of the Lithuanian Electrification Centenary Programme. Two ornate lanterns next to the colonnade commemorate the special event in the autumn of 1891, when the first 400 light bulbs lit up in the Oginskiai palace. In September 2015, as part of the programme for the 250th anniversary of the birth of Mykolas Kleopas Oginskis, a monument to the Princes Oginskiai - the Stone Flower - was erected at the colonnade. The monument was created by sculptor Regimantas Midvikis.
