A building built in the second half of the 19th century by the Dukes of Oginskiai, where horses and carriages were kept. Before World War II, the premises of the Agricultural School for Girls were used for practical training. After the war, the building housed the laboratories and workshops of the mechanisation department of the Rietavas Soviet Agricultural Technical College. Since 1993, the building has served as the sports hall of the Rietavas ,,Aušra" Catholic Secondary School. In 2013, the manor's carriage house was renovated and the cultural and tourism institutions were established in the building: the Rietavas Tourism and Business Information Centre, the Rietavas Culture Centre with two event halls and the Children's Literature department of the Rietavas Irenėjus Oginskis Public Library.
